## Write to us

Email support@audo.ai. We're Michael and Matthew, the two people who make Audo, and we read and answer every email.

To help us answer quickly, include:

- the email address you sign in with, if you have an account
- the tool you used, and roughly when
- what went wrong, or the error message

Never send a password or an API key.

## Quick answers

- You pay only when a job succeeds. A job that fails isn't charged.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: write to us. If a job went wrong on our side, write to us too.
- You can delete your account and your files yourself in [Settings](https://audo.ai/settings).
- Files are deleted after 24 hours, and free results after 1 hour.
- Every tool has a free part each day, with no sign-up. Limits differ by tool: see each tool's page and [Pricing](https://audo.ai/pricing).
- To use Audo from ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant, see [Setup](https://audo.ai/setup). Developers can read the [API docs](https://audo.ai/docs/api) and the [MCP docs](https://audo.ai/docs/mcp).
- Used Audo Studio, the earlier app? Write to the same address.
