Terms of service

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Audo AI ("Audo", "we") for using audo.ai, its API, and its MCP server. By using Audo, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in and API keys safe; you're responsible for what's done with them, including by assistants and agents you connect.

Your files

  • Your files and results stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the tools you ask for.
  • You must have the rights to everything you upload, and the consent of people whose voices are in it where the law requires.
  • Files are deleted 24 hours after they're created. Keep your own copies.

Acceptable use

Don't use Audo to:

  • upload or make anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • deceive people, such as by passing off a changed recording as real to cause harm;
  • break, overload, or probe Audo's security;
  • get around free-use limits, such as with many accounts, or resell free use.

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free use

Each tool is free for the first part of a file, a few times a day. We can change these limits or pause free use.

Credits and payments

  • Credits are prepaid and listed on the pricing page. A job's price is shown before it runs, and it's charged only when it succeeds.
  • Purchased credits don't expire, but they're lost if you delete your account.
  • Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: write to us. Credits you've used aren't refundable, except where the law requires. If a job went wrong on our side, write to us.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells the credits as the seller of record and may apply its own terms to the purchase. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which are added at checkout.

Results

Audo uses automated processing, including AI, and results can be wrong or imperfect. Check them before you rely on them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Audo running, but it's provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We can change or stop features. We'll give notice of important changes to these terms; using Audo after they take effect means you accept them.

Ending

You can stop using Audo and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data, profits, or business. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Missouri. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws where you live.
